Cost

Cost is $150* per person.
Regular registration is open until January 6.
Late registration is $180 per person.

Price includes:
3 nights lodging (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
3 days of food (Thursday: 1 meal, Friday-Saturday: 3 meals, Sunday: 2 meals)


*Registration is capped at 50 and is open for teens first.
After January 6, registration will open to parents as space allows. Parents may also be asked to help lead. We kindly ask that younger siblings do not attend.

Location

The location for Xcon 2023 will be in Budapest, Hungary at the Epicentrum, a Christian event center. Both housing (for the first 50 that register and pay) and all meals will be at the Retreat Center.
After the first 50, participants will have to get their own accommodation/airbnb.

GETTING TO THE RETREAT CENTER FROM THE AIRPORT (without a car):
From the Budapest Nemzetközi Repülőtér Airport, you will travel to Kőbánya-Kispest metro station and then you will take a train to Érdliget station and then to the retreat center.

Here’s how:

    1. From the airport, take Bus No. 200E to get to Kőbánya-Kispest metro station. (20 minutes)
    • Bus tickets (~ € 2) can be purchased at the BKK Terminal between Terminal A and Terminal B.

    • The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away.
    • Catch the bus No. 200E.

2. Take the train to Érdliget station.  (35-40 min.)

    • Take G43 towards Székesfehérvár

3. From the train station, take a taxi or Bolt to the Retreat Center.

In case of emergency (or if you’re having troubles getting to the Retreat Center), call John (+385 95 3601 117) for assistance.
